Established in 2002 by Kerlan McLean after serving 13 years with a municipal Police Service, Kerlan and Point Duty, is equipped to handle many of your legal needs. And even when a specific legal need is not available, you’ll be guided to other resources to satisfy your needs.
In part due to the global pandemic, it has become a convenient medium to operate the practice virtually. In person meetings can be avoided with the use of video chatting platforms such as Zoom, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger or any other convenient platform. Documents and fees can be exchanged electronically.
